How many people can Mobile Game Trucks accommodate?
The mobile video game trailers can handle 16 gamers comfortably inside and 8 outside(24 kids). During the Winter 12/1 to 4/15 inside only with heating up to 16 Kids.
Is there a minimum age for the gamers?
While people can start gaming at a very young age, we ask that our attendees be able to read and take direction from the staff. Therefore, we do ask that at least one adult/host be present to help supervise younger children.
How much space does Mobile Game Trucks require?
We require about 50 feet of fairly level space for parking, plus some room to pull in and out. The mobile video game trailer should fit in front of almost any house but may block your driveway. In parking lots we take between 4/5 parking spaces. The ability to pull straight into curbside parking is preferred as parallel parking a 28 foot long trailer can be challenging.
Where can Mobile Game Trucks setup?
Because the mobile video game trailer is self contained, we can setup almost anywhere there is ample level parking. We can easily setup at homes, parks, businesses, pools, schools, sports fields, churches, community centers, etc.
Am I required to tip the Game Tech?
While tipping is never required, it is always appreciated if you feel the Game Tech(s) did a great job for your event. We like to have to Game coaches at your event for inside and outside coverage!
How much do events cost?
East Coast Gaming pricing is highly competitive with the average cost of other events such as inflatable parties, race tracks, or other types of parties consisting of 10 or more people. Our prices are vary from the size and type of event you are holding! Call for prices for your next gaming party!
Do you require a deposit to book an event date?
Yes, in order to hold an event date and time, a non refundable deposit of $100 is required. The balance is due the day before the event date. If you are planning an event within less than 1 week of an available event date, bookings will require full payment. If in event of a accident with the Truck while on the way to your party, 100% refund would be given.
Will you need to plug into my power or have power available on site?
East Coast Gaming is a fully self contained unit. We have our own generator on board that provides power to run all of our systems. There is no need to plug anything into your home power system.
Do I need to supervise the party?
While parents or others are always welcome to observe or participate in the fun, it is normally not necessary. Every East Coast Gaming event includes a Game Tech(s) who will keep everyone engaged in the fun.
Are food and beverages allowed inside the mobile video game trailer?
Sorry, but due to the sensitive nature of the electronics inside the trailer, we do not allow any food or beverages inside.
How do you handle parties in bad weather?
The mobile video game theater is a self contained, insulated, and climate controlled environment. We have air-conditioning to keep you cool in hot weather and a heater to keep you warm in cool weather.
What games are available to play?
We carry a fairly comprehensive catalog of games ranging from E to M in ratings. East Coast Gaming is meant to be a social gaming experience so most of our games are multi-player. Depending on the game selection, we are able to support up to 28 gamers simultaneously. This provides a competitive social gaming experience.
What is your cancellation policy?
Fortunately, our self contained mobile video game theater provides an awesome environment, rain or shine. We have a no cancellation policy, cancellations made before party is to take place will forfeit deposit and parties 14 days out who cancel will owe remanding balance of the party .
What if there is traffic?
unfortunatelythere may be times that your event may be delayed due to traffici.e. rush hour, natural causes, road construction or car accidents
